  • My office is located in Bixby, Oklahoma near 140th St. S. and Harvard Ave. I also serve clients throughout Oklahoma via Telehealth.

  • My office hours are Monday and Tuesday 1:00 - 7:00, Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 - 5:00 and Friday 12:00 - 4:00.

  • Yes, I offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone. 

  • Yes, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare, UMR, and Aetna. I can also offer a Superbill for Out of Network insurance companies not listed.

  • I strive to make therapy affordable. My session rate is $100 per hour. A sliding-fee scale is available if you qualify.

  • Yes, my office is happy to file your claims for you.

  • I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, there is no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • I work with individuals aged 21 and above.

  • In the beginning, I highly recommend weekly sessions so we can get to know each other and gain traction in meeting your goals. After that, sessions every other week seem to work well with most of my clients.

  • I hear this question frequently and I wish I had an easy answer.

    How long you're in therapy depends on your history, needs, and goals. It is my intention that you meet your goals, then go live your life, knowing my door is always open should you need to schedule a session in the future.
